Steven and Marie Gomez have owned the Bakery for ten years. They pride themselves in quality freshly baked goods and a professional presentation. In 2019 Cornerstone opened a new location allowing three times as many guests.

The Cornerstone Bakery & Cafe's menu will make customers want to try everything. Some of the breakfast dishes include Waffles, Omelets, Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Pastries, Pancakes, Breakfast Sandwiches, Bacon, Crepes, and Biscuits and Gravy. For lunch, customers can try the new Mexican Specialties, such as quesadilla's, burritos, and more!

The Boardroom is perfect for private events, business meetings, parties, and more. Anyone can reserve a room as long as they call in advance. Customers can enjoy delicious pastries with close friends or coworkers in a secluded room away from other guests. The Cornerstone Boardroom includes a private entry, projector screen, and Wi-Fi.

Highly recommend coming here. Had the Bernalillo Breakfast Burrito, it was to die for. The iced coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect!! Super friendly staff...great location, they have seating outside so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along with your amazing food. Will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for you hospitality and great service!!
