1. All RV guests must sign in at Mama Bear RV Park Office. Check-in time is 11:00 AM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the last day of your visit unless a later time is cleared by the office. 2. RVs must be parked head in, to the left of your assigned number. You will hook up on the left side of your RV (driver's side). As close to the box as possible. 3. Please make sure you are not leaking water when connecting to the water outlet. 4. DO NOT PARK IN THE STREETS. DO NOT PARK IN EMPTY SITES WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE OFFICE. Many sites are reserved, and people may be coming late. 5. Speed shall NOT exceed 5 MPH at all times. Speeding tenants or their guests can result in eviction. 6. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous and respectful to your neighbor. Rowdiness, loud music, abusive language, drunkenness, and possession or use of drugs are strictly prohibited. 7. All pets must be always contained or restrained on a leash of no more than 6 feet. Droppings and accidental waste material from pets must be picked up immediately and removed to the trash dumpster. 8. Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. Keep outside storage of items to a minimum. Dumpsters are located next to the tan metal building for your convenience. 9. NO ground fires allowed. BBQ grills cannot be used for open fires. Fires open/enclosed are strictly prohibited at the park. 10. Waste/Sewage, water, or effluent from sinks, portable toilets, or other plumbing fixtures must be deposited in the dumping facility only. It may not be deposited directly on gravel, dirt, or vegetation. 11. Sites are designed for Living Quarter Units. No horse trailers may be parked in an RV slot unless they are live-ins. Trailer parking is only allowed in designated areas and approved by the office. If trucks or cars do not fit within the designated area, they will be parked in an area set aside for parking. 12. Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times. 13. All signs, posted notices, and directions of the Office Management must be obeyed. Noncompliance may result in immediate loss of parking privileges. 14. Property outside of Mama Bear RV Park is private property. Please respect it and do not leave trash or dog waste on it. 15. All federal laws and state laws must be obeyed. 16. Mama Bear RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV Park policies of good camping for destroying or defacing property and/or creating a disturbance. 17. Mama Bear RV Park is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. Guests and all other property users are liable for the damage. 18. T-shirts, tops, or shirts are required whenever outside. 19. Washing of vehicles or RVs are prohibited. Please ask the office for permission or exemption. 20. Only Modern. Fully self-contained RVs are allowed. No vehicle lubrication, oil changes, fabrication, bodywork, painting, etc. are done at the park.
THE FACILITIES OF THE PARK ARE SOLELY FOR THE USE OF OUR GUESTS, AND ANY PERSON USING THEM DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. MAMA BEAR RV PARK OWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE FOR DETRIMENTAL BEHAVIOR. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before if reservations were only for one (1) day. Credit cards may be asked to be kept on file. Any cancellations after the 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a fee of $10.00, any no shows will result in a fee of the full amount.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before if reservations were for three (3) days or less. Credit cards may be asked to be kept on file. Any cancellations after the 48 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a fee of $15.00, any no shows will result in a fee of the full amount.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before if reservations were for a week (7) or less. Credit cards may be asked to be kept on file. Any cancellations after the 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a fee of $25.00, any no shows will result in a fee of the full amount.
